Meet Stephanie, 

Head Coach of our U14 girls team for the 2026-2027 season. 

Stephanie is a passionate and dedicated coach who believes that a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are the foundation of every athlete’s success. She is known for challenging her players to reach their highest potential while creating an environment where they feel supported, valued, and confident enough to grow through every challenge.

While the 2025–2026 season marked Stephanie’s transition from years of coaching Little League softball into competitive youth volleyball, she quickly made an impact by leading a U16 team through a demanding season. Her coaching philosophy extends far beyond wins and losses, she is committed to developing resilient, confident young athletes who demonstrate leadership, accountability, and a genuine love for the game.

Stephanie’s passion for sport doesn’t end when practice is over. She actively manages and competes on both an adult softball team and an adult volleyball team, giving her a unique perspective as both a coach and an athlete.

For Stephanie, the most rewarding part of coaching is watching athletes discover what they’re capable of. Whether it’s building confidence, developing leadership skills, overcoming adversity, or simply falling in love with the sport, she strives to leave every player better than she found them, both on and off the court.
