Meet Jamie, Club President & Head Coach of our U16 Gold girls team for the 2025-2026 season.Empire Volleyball was created with a simple but powerful goal: to build a program where athletes feel seen, supported and pushed to reach their full potential, on and off the court. After years of coaching in various programs, Jamie saw a need for a club that not only focused on competitive development, but also prioritized athlete confidence, mental toughness and strong team culture.Her coaching philosophy is shaped by her journey. She was late to the game, starting volleyball in Grade 9 and was incredibly lucky to have a coach who believed in my potential and dedicated time to shape her into a competitive player. That experience fuels how she coaches today. She believes in meeting athletes where they’re at, holding them to a high standard and coaching with both structure and heart. She wants every athlete to leave the gym feeling like they belong, they’re growing and they matter.She has coached athletes from U14 through senior high, across both club and school programs. She currently serves as Head Coach of the Senior Girls Volleyball team at St. André Bessette High School.
