Deeana Spronk

Meet Deeana,

Assistant Coach of our U12 team for the 2026-2027 season.

Growing up playing a variety of sports, Deeana developed a love for athletics, teamwork, and competition. Volleyball became a particular passion, and she played throughout school before continuing to compete on a co-ed team for several years after graduation.

For the past three years, Deeana has coached varsity girls volleyball at Strathcona Christian Academy. She is passionate about helping athletes develop their skills and confidence while creating a team environment built on communication, support, and a shared commitment to one another. She believes that some of the most meaningful growth happens when athletes learn to trust themselves, their teammates, and the process.

As she begins her next chapter of coaching at the club level, Deeana is excited to work with young athletes and help them grow both on and off the court. Above all, she wants athletes to build confidence, develop a love for the game, and enjoy the journey along the way.
